Academic Year

The academic session in the school commence from March to February every year. The admission will be awarded who fulfill the criteria for admission. One academic year consists of two semesters.

Admission Policy

Hifzul-Quran is a five years program along with the contemporary education from six to class 10th. Hostel admission form will be provided to those students who qualify admission. Admission Criteria

Library

The school has its own library containing at least 3300 books related to Quranic teaching and contemporary teaching learning process. The school is striving for the up-gradation of the school library to meet the progressing educational world.

• Basic qualification is 5th class pass and can recite the Holy Quran fluently.
• The age limit of the applicant should be in between 11 years to 13 years at the time of admission.
• Admission will be purely based on open merit. There is no quota system regarding admission.
• The merit index is comprised of total 100 marks including 50% written and 50% interview.
• Written test will be based on the following subject at primary level: 1. Math 2. English 3. Urdu 4.Islamiyat 5. General Science and 6. General Knowledge.
• Interview will be based on psychological test and reading skill.
• In case of tie for a seat, the decision of the admission committee would be the final.
• The merit index will be valid for the one academic session.
• Photo copy of the admission form will not be acceptable.
• Photo copy of the following documents are required with admission form;

2. b. school certificate
3. c. CNIC of father or guardian
4. d. Five passport sized photos.

Allocated Seats

Total thirty five (35) have been allocated in every academic year. If the space of the hostel and students performance in entry test, meet the criteria prescribed by the school management, fifty students will be admitted in the academic year.

Attendance

A student admitted in this school will have to fulfill the requirement prescribed by the school management regarding attendance and appear in the terminal examinations conducted by the school examination committee. Following criteria will be considered in attendance matter:

1. The account of attendance will be made on the basis of time period of session irrespective of the date of admission of the student.

2. Every student will have to attend at least 80% classes. Students with the attendance less than the percentage will be detained and will not be allowed to sit in the examination and classes.

3. A student who remains absent for six days consecutively without leave application will be expelled from the school.

Re-Admission

1. A student expelled from the school on disciplinary grounds will not be given re-admission.

2. A student expelled for second time due to absence will not be re-admitted.

3. A student who remains absent for ten day consecutively without leave will not be re-admitted.

Uniform of the School

Every student must wear the prescribed uniform at school. Students violating the roles will be fined and shall not be allowed to sit in the classroom.
